Two iconic musical personalities – both in their eighties – return to the podium of the Golden Hall of the Musikverein with Schumann’s Piano Concerto and Bruckner’s Symphony No. 4 (“Romantic”). More than half a century after both received important impulses for their musical training in Vienna in the 1950s, Zubin Mehta and Martha Argerich are among those artistic personalities who made a lasting impression on the fast-moving world of classical music.
