The European Union Youth Orchestra interprets Vivaldi’s famous “Four Seasons” together with the Ukrainian violinist Diana Tishchenko against the spectacular antique backdrop of the World Heritage Site Delos. In addition to the traditional version of “Autumn”, improvised episodes for lyre and new composition by Carmen Fizzarotti and Marshall Marcus can also be heard. The core idea is to make audible the future state of the world – if the climate crisis and species extinction are not brought under control.
