On July 5, 2025, Vienna’s Rathausplatz will be transformed into a stage for a unique concert experience: Summa Cum Strauss. In collaboration with Johann Strauss 2025 Vienna, the Summa Cum Laude International Youth Music Festival is bringing together almost a dozen youth orchestras from all over the world for this event, which will present the works of Johann Strauss in new, both classical and unfamiliar arrangements. Experience how young talents bring the most Viennese of all waltz sounds to life in a global musical spectacle. Look forward to a concert full of intercultural passion and traditional Viennese music. Europe’s largest festival for young orchestras, choirs and bands from all over the world offers a stage for up-and-coming talents every year at the beginning of July.
