For Swedish star choreographer Alexander Ekman it's the first production with the dancers of the Paris Opera Ballet. His language, both visceral and tinged with humour, combines theatricality with both classical and contemporary vocabulary. He fills the stage of the Palais Garnier with metallic structures, a rain shower of green rubber balls, dancers suspended in space, spectacular elevations… A surprising production carried along by enticing rhythms and communicative energy.
